This includes those with a legal background seeking to transition into administrative roles and individuals with a general management background looking to specialize in the legal industry.  

Mid-level Legal Professionals: Mid-level legal professionals, such as legal secretaries, office managers, and junior associates, can enhance their management skills through this program. It prepares them for increased responsibilities and leadership roles within law firms.
