Course Description

This course introduces machine learning and generative AI from a business application perspective. Students examine common AI techniques and their use in areas such as forecasting, segmentation, risk assessment, and customer insight. Generative AI applications for productivity and decision support are also explored. Emphasis is placed on evaluating business value, ethical considerations, limitations, bias, and reliability rather than technical model development.
